Virginia began her career as an accountant with a small Georgia CPA Tax Accountant where she was responsible for tax returns, monthly write ups, as well as payroll and other accounting functions. Virginia then pursued her CPA credentials and pass the test and was licensed in the State of Georgia. At that time she worked for a mid-sized Engineering firm where she was AR Manager. She took these skills and went to work for a tax attorney in North Georgia where she sharpened her skills in the area of tax representation as well as tax return preparation.  Virginia brings to the company much experience in tax preparation, tax planning and IRS representation. She believes there is more than just preparing tax returns. She believes tax planning is an important part of working with clients. She specializes in small business and individual tax returns as well as working with estate and financial planners to take care of the "whole" financial picture for her clients. Barbara is the COO of the company. She is responsible for all the logistics of the office. She is dedicated to helping clients  minimize tax liability and help clients get out of debt to the IRS. Her patience and determination ensure that every client is treated with high regard. Barbara is also skilled at working with out bookkeeping clients. She specializes in monthly write up and payroll services for our small business clients.
