Some are independant artists, and then there are some artists who are or aspire to become our salon companies educators.            Our pricing varies, as we use a level system which allows everyone an oppertunity to experience what Shear Tranquility has  to offer, at a price level that is affordable to them. We always suggest that you consult on price for the service you are looking for to be sure we can accommodate you, to the best of our ability. We try to work with your budget in mind. Our salon company will use the talent within and start adding "Associates"  working side by side with an educator and gradually going off to greatness and becoming an educator themselves.     Shear Tranquility Salon and Day Spa.         Shear Tranquility believes we have the "cream of the crop" when it comes to a very talented and diverse group of artistic hair stylist. We also believe we are the best salon in the City of Sebastian. Gloria owner operator of Shear Tranquility has been a licensed Barber for over 40 years, as well as completing the required hours for  cosmetology over 42 years ago. She moved to Florida 32 years ago from Lowell, Ma with her husband Russell. After opening Barbers Unlimited and working at two other salons in Sebastian, she decided it was time to move forward and open her dream salon. On November 26, 2007, Gloria did just that and opened the doors to Shear Tra Besides being a Master Barber and Hair Stylist, she is a certified Adjunct Instructor at IRSC for Barbering. In May 2014 she Graduated with an (AAS) Associate in Applied Science in Business Administration and Business Management . We are so sure you will love it here! d and fellow hairdresser, Susie, has lived since 1992. They were married in 2000, finished raising her son, then opened their own salon in Vero Beach in 2006. Andre just really prefers working where he lives, so he is now back in Sebastian and doing hair with his old friends at Shear Tranquility. Seana, a licensed hairstylist of 25 years, was born in Miami and raised in Cocoa Beach.  She moved to New York for about 6 years and returned back to her home state, settling down in Cape Canaveral, where Seana has owned and operated her own business for the past 6 years in Rockledge.  Seana has enjoyed putting smiles on her client's faces since 1992.  In 2010 she moved to Sebastian with her husband and 2 children from Brevard County.  After commuting to Rockledge for 6 years she is ready to really make Sebastian her home digging in roots in our ever growing community!  She is currently looking for clients to spoil.  Seana joined our team here at Shear Tranquility in March of 2014.  She states "I could not be happier than to have found Shear Tranquility.  This is also where I will continue to transform many clients".  Linda has been a licensed Hair Stylist in Pennsylvania for 22 years. She owned and operated a salon for the past 9 years in Pa. She loves what she does and is very  Creative using various  Color  techniques including: Ombré, foil highlighting and low lighting, funky chunky styles, and gorgeous natural looking highlights. She also enjoys Hair cutting for both Men and Women. Linda  specialize's as a  master certified educator for 5 years with with the company of "Simply Smooth Keratin Treatments".  So if frizz is a problem for you or you just want to heal your dry hair, she has the solution .  Linda is mother to 5 children of which only 2 still live at home. We moved our two children to Sebastian Florida in April 2015. Born and raised in Sebastian, FL, Krystal is a 2006 graduate from Indian River Charter High School. Upon graduating from high school, Krystal attended Space Coast Health Institute and became a licensed Esthetician. As an Esthetician for 12 years, she performs skin care services using Circadia (Her product line of choice) , offering a more medicinal approach to facials with extractions, acne treatments for teenagers and Face lifts for the young at heart.  Circadia is an alternative to undergoing invasive surgery's. Krystal also offers waxing (facial, back, leg, arms)etc. she also loves working with eyebrow and lash tinting services.  Wendy has been a client and friend of Gloria's for some 27 years.  Even after she moved away from Sebastian to Oregon she and her husband would fly back to Sebastian to visit family and see Gloria for their hair care needs. Her business background has always been customer service in the banking world.  She worked for many years at local bank's and already knew a lot of the clients of Shear Tranquility Salon and Day Spa. Wendy's Skills have been such an asset to shear Tranquility that her transition to becoming Gloria's Salon Coordinator and Manager, takes Shear Tranquility to the next level.
