Stuart brings a wealth of expertise in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and operations to Sharp Decisions. The bulk of his financial and business experience has been in the technology consulting industry. Stuart began his career as a certified public accountant and spent two years at a publicly held computer leasing company, where he was responsible for financial and SEC reporting. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and principal at Automated Concepts, Inc., a national technology staffing and systems integration firm, prior to joining Sharp Decisions in 2001. Stuart is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton School of Management and completed the Harvard University Graduate School of Business OPM Program. Ted is an information technology and business operations specialist who has held leadership positions, including CIO, CTO and COO in a variety of public and private commercial industries. Prior to joining Sharp Decisions in 2005, he had been engaged by a private equity firm that completed the acquisition of two U.S. manufacturing companies. Ted was responsible for planning and guiding the physical consolidation of the companies, including reengineering business processes and integrating disparate technology organizations and data centers. Steven brings extensive experience in business development, innovative strategies, and creation & development of high caliber teams to Sharp Decisions. He is focused on continuous improvement and developing winning cultures. Prior to Sharp Decision’s acquisition of CN-TEC, Steven was co-founder and owner of the company. Prior to that he was co-founder and owner of Milestone Technologies. He has achieved success by developing long-term business partnerships, having the highest level of integrity and a passion for excellence. Kathy is a creative business leader with two decades of experience helping technology solutions companies to grow and innovate. She joined Sharp Decisions in 2014 to help expand the presence of the company in the West. Kathy’s unique qualifications include leading regional start-up sales and operations for global technology staffing and systems integration firms, start-up sales for technology specific practices within established consulting firms, and working closely with a team of engineers to deliver on secure communications projects. These varied experiences within the industry built her foundation of belief in building success through relationships, teamwork and integrity. Kathy is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of California, Moraga and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Business Administration. Molly is an innovative business leader, with 18 years of experience in the technology staffing and consulting space. She joined Sharp Decisions in 2016 through the acquisition of CN-TEC, which she co-founded in 2009, and built up in the years to follow. Her strength lies in her hands-on leadership approach, cultivating trust and excitement in those she works with. She began her career in recruiting, then moved quickly into business development and management. As a result, she understands the business from each angle, and sees the value in building strong relationships, providing great customer service, and delivering what is promised.
