As a result of working with Sharon, I have released the long held emotional charge that caused me to turn to food for comfort. The beautiful thing is that I didn’t even need to know what it was in order to release it which is a good thing because I never really could figure it out. I personally felt a shift of energy in multiple places throughout my body during the musculoskeletal system reboot. (I actually hadn’t been anticipating that I would feel any shifts of energy, since I was truly feeling well physically and emotionally.)
