Dr. David Josephitis joined Dr.’s Ron and Paul Shapiro at Shapiro Medical Group in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in 2013, as a hair transplant surgeon. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (ABHRS) and the American Board of Internal Medicine, and he is a member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS). Dr. Josephitis has practiced the art and science of hair transplantation in the U.S. for several years, having trained with and worked alongside some of the industry’s most experienced, well-regarded physicians. He has honed his surgical skills in microscopic follicular unit transplantation and follicular unit extraction and comes by his “artist’s eye” naturally. Andrea Russell –Business Operations Manager Andrea has served as Shapiro Medical Group’s Business Operations Manager for more than 12 years. She manages day-to-day business operations of the clinic including financial functions, marketing communications, contact management and human resources. Before joining Shapiro Medical Group, Andrea spent her career in marketing, sales and public relations management in the apparel and home furnishings industry, and more recently, the cosmetic medical field. She holds a B.S. from The Ohio State University. Kelly began her career with Shapiro Medical Group more than 12 years ago as a laser hair removal technician and patient coordinator. She is a CME with 20+ years of experience in medical hair removal. Kelly has a loyal following of local electrolysis and laser hair removal patients. She frequently performs laser treatments on those who have experienced poor hair transplant work. Kelly plays a key role in patient intake, support, education and operations at Shapiro Medical Group. Jennifer has been with Shapiro Medical Group for seven years and is experienced in patient intake and education. She is a CNA. Frequently, Jennifer is the first person a patient speaks with when he/she calls Shapiro Medical Group. She handles much of the scheduling and pre-operative communication. Prior to joining Shapiro Medical Group, Jennifer served as a cosmetic surgery clinic marketing consultant and nursing assistant. She has also owned her own business.
