I have over ten years of experience in the South Florida community. I am dedicated to providing compassionate therapy that supports my clients in their growth process. In therapy, you and I will work together to gain insight into yourself and others, change unhelpful beliefs and behaviors, and learn new skills. By becoming more mindful and self-aware, you can increase your own level of well-being. My area of specialty is women who are experiencing a life transition (college, entering/reentering the work force, marriage, empty nest, menopause, divorce, and remarriage).
