With years of experience doing warranty seat repair for Harley DavidsonTM motorcycles. Daniel McPherson and the Shamrock Team were issued a challenge by the Police agencies who use Harley motorcycles. They wanted Shamrock to resolve an ongoing problem that they had with excess heat coming off the engine and oil pan. After several years of development and testing, they created the Shamrock Heat Shield. The Shield insulates the excess heat protecting the rider for a safer and more comfortable ride. As a Harley owner himself, Daniel designed this product with the real Harley rider in mind. Due to the success and overwhelming popularity of the Shamrock Heat Shield Daniel developed a separate division of Shamrock Auto Trim known as Shamrock Ride.
