South Florida native Brian Kelly founded Shamrock Pool Services, Inc. in 1991 with one goal in mind – to always do things the right way. That's why all of us here at Shamrock strive to provide the highest quality pool service and to build long-lasting relationships with our customers based on honesty, integrity, and respect. Brian is an active member of the Florida Swimming Pool Association (FSPA), a group of professionals committed to promoting safety and proper business practices in the swimming pool industry. He has served on the FSPA Broward County chapter's board of directors since 2003 and served as the chapter's president in 2009 and 2010. He has also served on the FSPA's executive council since 2012, most recently as secretary. Together with FSPA members, Brian visits the state capital in Tallahassee every year to advocate for legislation to better the industry for its professionals and consumers.
