, Daughter Melissa joined the family business. Today Live Oak Pest Control employs service trucks and provides pest control, lawn and termite services to thousands of customers in fourteen North Central Florida Counties. A local family owned and operated business. Live Oak Pest Control was started by Bob and Frances McGranahan (photographed to the left) in 1972. Back then there was only one truck and Bob McGranahan was the only service technician and salesman. Frances was the company's only secretary and bookkeeper. Still local family owned and operated, Bob and Frances remain active at Live Oak Pest Control along with their daughter, Vice President and State Certified Operator Melissa Snodgrass (photographed to the left).
