Our excitement became a reality when our first customers expressed so much joy from our multi purpose Equinox Louver Design Systems and designs for their patio's. I live just 20 minutes from the the best beach in the world here in West Palm Beach, and I can not ever seem to find the time to get there and enjoy the sand, the sun and the surf. But! I have my New Patio! I called A+ construction, Serenity Builders and asked them to provide a quote for me and the family to be able to enjoy my outdoor living space right here at home by the pool. My main concern was proper shade and yet the opportunity to have sun all in one. The designs that the team at Serenity Patio came up with was amazing and we began the installation withing 3 weeks. Today, I have a new outdoor space for sun, shade and rain protection with the cover provided by Serenity. My whole patio has become an additional living space of 1500 sq feet! I phoned Serenity Patio this spring and had them come out for a quote on designing a backyard patio for the family . we have a small 1800 sq ft condo and we needed the space for the kids to play outside and yet not be in the sun too long here in Florida. Once we selected the design layout with Serenity Patio we found out the design would take an extra permit due to the condo association, but Laszlow handled it quickly and still had out new patio and outdoor play area for the kids done earlier than expected. The barbecue are is a huge value add to the home so we could not be happier with serenity Patio!! We came across Laszlow and A+ builders in 2015 when we referred by our neighbor Glen Stevenson. we sat down with A+ builders and discussed our desire to have a patio in the back yard adjacent to the pool area and that the screened in porch area was just to small. Within 2 weeks we sat down with Laszlow again and viewed his design for our patio addition, and I was blown away with the design and how it looked in the space we had to work with. But, more importantly, A+ builders were able to fit us right into the schedule and begin the work immediately. When he finished the job, I was amazed. We have been using the patio the grilling station and enjoying the breeze and wind provided by the fan system incorporated into the design. I highly recommend Serenity Patio to anyone looking for a way to use the outdoor space especially here in Florida!
