Nielly is a skilled medical professional and has been with the agency since its inception. She has a passion for helping others and giving clients both physical and emotional support with optimal client care being her number one priority. Nielly encourages her staff to provide our clients with a safe and caring environment to detox comfortably at their own pace. She enjoys witnessing the positive physical progression and emotional growth that our clients go through from admission to discharge. Nielly is driven to learn more about addiction and its impact on our society by witnessing first-hand the effects of physically preparing our clients for the next step on their road to recovery. In her current role as the Director of Nursing, Nielly is responsible for the overall development and operation of the clinical nursing program. She works closely with the medical director for psychiatric and medical management of the clients. She collaborates with physicians, consultants, community agencies, and institutions to continually develop and improve the quality of services to Serenity House Detox’s clients. Lisa Sheehan serves as the Clinical Director for Serenity House Detox. In her current role as Clinical Director, Lisa is responsible for the overall development and operation of Serenity House Detox’s clinical program. She works closely with all clinical staff to ensure that clients are receiving an appropriate level of treatment. Lisa continually seeks to develop and improve the quality of the therapeutic services offered at Serenity House Detox. Jonathan Moseley currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer for Serenity House Detox. It is Jonathan’s personal mission to ensure that our clients receive placement with a treatment facility that provides an appropriate level of care based on each client’s individualized needs. Jonathan understands that each client’s situation is unique and he strives to meet everyone’s needs on a case-by-case basis. In Jonathan’s current role, he works to ensure that the agency’s facilities remain at maximum occupancy offering detoxification and treatment to as many individuals suffering from substance abuse as possible. At Serenity House Detox, we know that the road to recovery is one filled with many potholes. It is Jonathan’s mission to ensure that we don’t allow anyone to fall through the cracks. Jonathan’s detailed understanding of developing and maintaining business relationships with local and out-of-state treatment providers has enabled Serenity House Detox to become a respected agency among the industry in a relatively short period of time. Prior to working for Serenity House Detox, Jonathan developed his skills as a Director of Admissions with a local treatment agency through hard work, determination, and hands-on training. His extensive experience includes business development, insurance verification, utilization review, and client relations and placement. Moises Worthalter currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Serenity House Detox. As a founder and the CFO of Serenity House Detox, Moises is constantly involved in developing the agency and ensuring that all financial protocols and statutory rules and regulations are adhered to. Moises earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. with a focus on International Business and Marketing from Florida International University. Erica Shapiro currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Serenity House Detox. As a founder, it was Erica’s vision to create an atmosphere where individuals can safely and comfortably begin their road to recovery and healing. Creating a safe and caring environment for our clients is the number one priority. It is Erica’s mission to ensure that Serenity House Detox provides the very best client care in the industry with an emphasis on compassion and empathy for the individuals that we serve. As CEO, Erica is continuously working on improving the logistics and development of our facilities, advertising and marketing, and overall business relationship development.
