Mr. Sepielli was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida in 1969 and has long seeded roots in both South Florida and the local industries.  Mr. Sepielli's family has been in the construction and land development business for over 40 years. Mr. Sepielli's experience ranges from conceptual design and construction services pertaining to; retail tenant improvements, to multi story shell construction, to complete site development for residential and commercial projects.  This experience was obtained over the course of 20 years, while working in Hawaii, Colorado, and Florida.  The bulk of this experience was gained while working at his family's development businesses in South Florida.
