Senderos Naturales was very helpful and responsive in helping me find a Galápagos cruise. My mother and I had a great time and the cruise was everything that was promised!!! I just spent three weeks in South America with my daughter for her graduation and we visited the jungle in Peru, walked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, and then spent four days cruising around the Galapagos Islands and a couple of excellent days in Quito. Without the attention and help from Senderos Naturales we would never have attempted to arrange such an ambitious programme. Our itinerary ran perfectly from arrival to departure and we have Senderos to thank for this.. My husband Peter and I cannot say enough good about working with Mercedes (Meme) and Senderos Naturales! They were recommended by new friends, John and Jill from Calgary, and they did not let us down. From the first gorgeous and unique boutique hotel they booked for us to the first amazing guide, Santiago to all of the fine people picking us up in airports and drivers dropping us off to guides all along the way! We did not run into a single problem!!! They were always an email away if we had any questions and I plagued them with questions! They always made us feel as if we were the only people they were working with and that we were special! Arriving in very busy airports and seeing our name on a sign being carried by a driver was so comforting-we always knew we were in good hands!
