The SDVOSB Procurement Program, as part of The Veteran's Benefit Act of 2003, allows for many sole-source solicitations to qualified and certified SDVOSBs can be completed within 30 days or less, maximum award including options is $3 million in services and helps DoD and civilian agencies meet SDVOSB contracting goals.
