SMB is devoted to all aspects of your billing, allowing you to focus on patient care. Kimberly, owner and founder of Secured Medical Billing has worked in the industry since 2004. She started out working as an office and billing manager in the Chiropractic industry. She was extremely successful in helping offices increase their revenue while decreasing their outstanding accounts. After working in an office setting, she decided to open a billing company, allowing her to focus on helping several practices increase their overall collections and performance. With Kimberly’s knowledge of working with practices both inside and outside of the office, she knew and understood the concerns providers often expressed when outsourcing their billing. With this awareness, Kimberly went and created a billing company directed towards giving providers the "in house" experience while outsourcing their billing. Kimberly is a: Deborah is a retired business office manager and bookkeeper for more than 30 years. She joined Secured Medical Billing in 2012 as the head data processor and payment poster. Her extensive knowledge in the accounting world brings a great asset to Secured Medical Billing. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her three wonderful grandchildren. Yesenia has worked in the medical field since 2007. She has worked with Orthopedic, Physical Therapy, Pain Management and Chiropractic. Yesenia has extensive knowledge in both front and back office. Her past experience as a front desk coordinator, she oversaw general office operations, referrals and insurance verifications. As a lead medical biller, she has a vast knowledge of the insurance world including claims submission, payment posting, appeals and follow ups. Her dedication and determination is a great value to Secured Medical Billing. Yesenia takes great passion in her work and prides herself with customer care.
