Seavin Incorporated was developed as a Florida company in pursuit to bring back the heritage of quality winemaking. A dedicated team of professionals were brought together by founder Gary Cox, who started the company in Tallahassee in 1983. We welcome you to visit our wineries, Lakeridge Winery and Vineyards in Clermont, FL and San Sebastian Winery in St. Augustine, FL. We are sure that our staff will welcome you upon arrival, and that you will leave with a new found knowledge of wines and how they have been produced for centuries. The tours run every fifteen to twenty minutes, starting with a short video demonstrating all that goes into the process for the entire year, a walking tour through the facility, and finally a tasting of several of the wines produced.
