Who We Are & What We Do Seasoned Funding, LLC's principals are Liz Brumer-Smith and Dennis Smith. Venturing into the Note Investing world in 2013, they quickly gained experience and knowledge through their acquisition of note deals and continued education and participation in real estate. Liz and Dennis have built connections throughout the nation that assist them in acquiring investments directly from the source. They continue to build a strong reputation with sellers, private lenders, and fellow colleagues because of their knowledge of note investing, experience, and professionalism. They are affiliated with some of the largest note traders in the industry allowing them to acquire inventory below market rate both in smaller trades or in one-off’s. They have stringent requirements for each note they purchase and have a thorough due diligence process to ensure they are buying only the best opportunities. To remain compliant with all existing legal regulations we work with a nationally licensed servicing company for all modification and loan servicing services.  WhO WE ARE Seasoned Funding, LLC is a Florida based, privately funded real estate investment company that purchases non-performing real estate mortgage notes to produce higher than average risk-adjusted yields to our co-venture and private investors.  We buy non-performing 1st lien seller financed mortgage notes in addition to institutional non-performing debt.
