Seaguard Security, LLC has been formally certified by the Government of Panama to provide security for Panamanian flagged ships.In accordance with Panamanian Resolution 106-123-DGMM, only Maritime Authority certified companies can provide security services for Panamanian flagged ships operating in high risk waters.
