Seagrape Square
A. Yes, you can. We have the sign specifications as part of our lease for the front of the building, that each tenant is responsible for. Seagrape Square will provide you with a single signage panel on the marquee panel at the front of the property, a directional sign when you first enter the plaza and a soffit sign in front of the unit you rent from us. Each Tenant can have a sign on the exterior fascia and signage on the storefront, if they choose.

The access to the plaza is excellent as there are four separate entrances and access points on Indiantown Road that allow for both ingress and egress into Seagrape Square. Additionally, there are cross easments with the properties to the north and south, that allow traffic to flow from one shopping center to the next.
