SeaDream Yacht Club is a family owned company. SeaDream’s Founder, Owner, Chairman & CEO, Mr. Brynestad, founded Seabourn Cruise Line in 1987 and was its Chairman & CEO during the initial years. He has also served as Chairman of Cunard Line Ltd. and as a board member of Carnival Cruise Lines. Established in 2001, SeaDream Yacht Club has achieved the industry’s highest accolades for its two innovative cruising mega yachts. “It’s Yachting, Not Cruising”, defines SeaDream’s mission: to provide a casual yachting experience that will exceed our guests’ expectations. When designing SeaDream Yacht Club, Mr. Brynestad knew it would be the attention to detail and all important impeccable service that would define yachting in the true sense of the word. All of our guest rooms have an ocean view and the SeaDream experience is inclusive. Whether dining al fresco or in the salon, relaxing by the pool or enjoying a Spa treatment, playing a round of golf in the 30 course Golf Simulator or taking a mountain bike shore side and exploring the port of call, our guests know that they are experiencing the most personalized and pampered holiday at sea. SeaDream’s itineraries are designed to call upon the most intimate ports, harbors and yachting playgrounds that larger ships cannot reach. From May through October, both yachts sail the Mediterranean Sea. From November through April we visit the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. To ensure that our guests experience all that each specially selected port of call has to offer, many of our itineraries feature overnight stays in some of the best yachting ports and harbors in the world. We happily welcome you aboard, and look forward to welcoming you back again and again. We are excited to welcome you aboard, however we must first collect some information to prepare for your voyage. Online Guest Registration must be completed for all guests prior to embarkation. Alternatively, you may access a .pdf version to scan or fax by . We recommend you do so no later than 4 weeks prior to sailing. Failure to do so will delay your embarkation. Should you receive an offer of employment from someone claiming to be SeaDream Yacht Club Ltd., any of its associated companies, or something that may be intended to resemble SeaDream Yacht Club, or should you have any doubts or questions, please contact   This Contract contains all the terms of agreement between you and Carrier. The acceptance and/or use of this Contract by the person named hereon as Guests shall be deemed to be an acceptance and agreement by each of them of all of the terms and conditions herein. The person purchasing, accepting and/or named on the Contract represents that he/she is authorized by all named Guests, including any minor, to accept and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of the Contract. This Contract is not transferable and you may not sell or assign it. It is valid only on the Yacht and for the voyage indicated. This contract may not be modified except in writing signed by Carrier. The terms, conditions and limitations herein shall apply to any and all disputes between you and Carrier regardless whether arising aboard the Yacht or in any other place, location or mode of transportation whatsoever. All rights, defenses, disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth herein shall inure to the benefit of the Carrier and all concessionaires, independent contractors or other providers of any services or facilities in connection with or incident to the Guest’s voyage, as well as any of their affiliated or related companies, parents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns or fictitiously named entities; and all suppliers, shipbuilders, component part manufacturers; and their owners, operators, managers, charterers, agents, pilots, officers, crew, employees and vessels.   “Carrier” means and includes the owner, SeaDream Yachts AS, a Norwegian corporation; the Operator, SeaDream Yacht Club Limited, a Bahamian registered corporation; the named Yacht; and its or their affiliates, officers, directors, management, employees, agents, charterers and tenders.
