A 1986 graduate of Florida Institute of Technology (B.S. Applied Marine Science) & 1981 (AS Underwater Technology) is the founder/owner of Sea Rover Services, Inc. in Stuart, Florida.  This business deals with the design, construction, and monitoring of artificial reefs in Florida and the Caribbean Sea and acts as a consulting service for several counties on the east coast of Florida where much of the artificial reef projects occur. In addition many projects include sub sea scientific instrumentation installation and maintenance in ocean waters from 40 – 240 feet deep out to the Oculina Banks Marine Preserve area off the East Coast of Florida. He has provided diving support for scientific research projects for the National Oceanographic Atmospheric Administration, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission, Florida Institute of Technology’s Ocean Engineering Department, in addition to marine consulting, environmental assessment and surveying companies.  As well as spending time underwater for research projects he is an active cave diver and wreck diver with complete professional certifications and experience.
