He has worked in such projects as: remodel of Shula’s Steak House and Shula’s Hotel in Miami Lakes; Build-out of corporate offices of D.S. Hull, parent company of Boat Owner’s Warehouse; and managed and coordinated Certificate of Occupancy for the largest home in Broward County. He is highly skilled in remodeling and building for commercial and luxury residential properties. Phil specializes in Green Building and master carpentry. Phil is co-owner and President of Sea Glass Construction. Michelle is co-owner of Sea Glass Construction and handles the office and all facets of marketing for the company. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Journalism, but her heart and passion is home design.
