Who We Are Sea Change Group, Inc. is an international safety and sustainability consulting firm, with corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida, and offices in North Carolina. The company's president and founder is William R. Williams, a senior executive with extensive operational leadership experience and service as a Corporate Vice President of Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) & Sustainability for a large global corporation. Sea Change Group core consultants are senior operational and EHS leaders who have proven themselves under the most challenging circumstances. Our client-facing senior consultants will normally be leaders who have successfully met significant operational challenges, including turnaround situations, and have experience in start-up positions, and success in senior Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) and Sustainability positions. Our primary focus is on working with client companies in the design and implementation of improvement strategies and programs that are practical, tailored specifically to business needs, and have a high likelihood of success. Areas of expertise include safety, fatality prevention, and sustainable business strategy. We have significant experience in a variety of maritime industries, transportation and logistics. Unfortunately, there are a number of businesses with hazardous operations that provide about the same basic safety rules as the bull run at Pamplona, and an equivalent amount of oversight and pre-task training. The distinction is that businesses have an obligation to protect workers and workers should have reasonable assurances to their safety.
