We are one of the few professional painting contractors who offers a no deposit contract option on most jobs and we back up all of our work with a detailed written contract and warranty. Our primary means of advertising other than our website and vans is good old fashioned word of mouth and that has been enough to keep the phone ringing and the calendar full especially during the down turn in the economy. We are here today because of our customers, and because we choose to do 2 things very well, paint homes and make our customers extremely happy. Scott has been a resident of Collier/Lee Counties for over 30 years and graduated locally from Naples High school. Upon graduations, Scott enlisted into the military and served in the United States Navy during Desert Storm aboard the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln for over 5 years as an Electronic Warfare Technician and as a Military Police Officer. After leaving the Navy, Scott attended and graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Business Management, he returned almost 8 years later and completed a second bachelors degree in Communication. Scott started his painting company in June of 2000 and has remained involved since day one and he either paints or stops by jobs daily to communicate progress with the customers to make sure that their needs are being met and that we are delivering on the quality that we have promised. Scott is happily married to his best friend Lacie Marie Vail who helps him to run the business. They have a toddler son named Greyson James Vail who is the joy of their lives. They live in Bonita Springs and have one dog named Jack. The family loves Disney and makes numerous trips each year with their Season passes! They are also working on growing their family. Scott has a passion for customer service, so much so that he actually travels the State of Florida and speaks on the subject. He addresses service clubs (Lions, Rotary, Chambers, etc.) on the subject of Communication in business (how it is essential for truly exceptional customer service), he also teaches how to become a “Customer Servant”, where Scott believes that the business must first earn the customers business and understand the value of the relationship and not just the bottom dollar. Lacie loves to work with customers and help them create and complete the perfect project. She started off by assisting our clientele with their color coordination and later moved into the office, where she now “runs” things. Lacie shares Scott’s passion for exceptional customer service and she will go out of her way to let you know just how much she appreciates the business from all of our customers. Lacie balances her administrative skills with being a new Mom quite well and Scott would tell you that he has no idea how he ran the business without her all of those years. We are a full service professional painting business, with an emphasis on servicing our customers with the highest standards in the industry. as well as skill testing all applicants prior to allowing them to start work in you home. We also refuse to hire subcontractors. in our shop to keep all employees current on new products and equipment. Our trucks are clearly lettered, clean and organized. All employees follow a company mandated dress code as well as presenting themselves in a clean cut manner. We run our business out of a fully functional office & shop , with our office manager available from 8a.m.-5p.m (closed from 12-1 for lunch) to take your calls. Our company policy is to return all calls before the end of the business day. (with a degree in interior design) available upon your request to meet with and help you in the task of selecting your color palette.
