CONSULTING FIRM Consulting is the result of education, research and experience to provide an efficient delivery of information to a client that will result in the best decision for their investment.  My approach delivers the best decision by using different methods based on several criteria.  I do favor specific locations and concentrate my research around them.  The focus applies to hospitality industry sectors, structure design and market value.  I concentrate on the higher end valued properties in residential and commercial real estate.  I find minimalist- modern (contemporary) designs as styles I like to be around.  Hospitality industry sectors of casino resorts, hotels, nightclubs and restaurants are interesting to me.  The goal is to create content to attract like minded investors to begin looking at me as their source for consulting and advising them of the best alternative for their investment.
