Craig Kasten leads SKYGEN USA in creating next-generation technology-enabled solutions that power the business of healthcare through the digital age. Through his visionary leadership, SKYGEN USA leads the market with transformational technology and service offerings that reinvent healthcare benefits. Mr. Kasten is an accomplished leader whose career in the managed healthcare industry spans 30 years. He is the founder and co-founder of several organizations which have evolved to become part of SKYGEN USA’s suite of world-class solutions. He also co-founded Doral Dental USA and grew the company to a market-dominant position before its sale to DentaQuest Ventures. Mr. Kasten continues to provide vision, strategic direction and creative support for functional design innovations to the Enterprise System, SKYGEN USA’s proprietary software platform. Mr. Kasten was honored as Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2003. In 2005, he was named a Distinguished Alumnus by the Marquette University School of Business Administration. SKYGEN USA Co-Founder Greg Borca provides vision and direction for growth of the company and its suite of world-class technology-enabled solutions. Respected as an innovator in the healthcare industry, Mr. Borca has co-founded and led several successful companies, including Doral Dental USA, and several organizations that have evolved into SKYGEN USA’s suite of solutions. Mr. Borca’s business experience and leadership expertise have enabled him to pioneer more effective strategies for healthcare benefit management. By pairing state-of-the-art technology with innovative business models, he has drastically reduced costs while improving the overall experience for members and providers. He has also driven the creation of innovative outreach tactics that increase member access to care. Under Mr. Borca’s leadership, SKYGEN USA has expanded rapidly into a position of market leadership. Mr. Borca’s entrepreneurial career began when he founded Resolute Systems, Inc., a national mediation and arbitration company. Before he partnered with Mr. Kasten to create Doral Dental, one of the largest benefit management companies in the U.S., he also founded Mednet of America, Inc. Mr. Borca was named an Entrepreneur of the Year in 2003 by Ernst & Young. In 2004, he was named on The Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list. In 2011, he received a Distinguished Alumnus Award from Marquette University’s College of Professional Studies. As Chief Innovation Officer, Michelle Spencer leads the team responsible for driving market innovations and increasing SKYGEN USA’s speed in launching new products and services in the marketplace. Ms. Spencer oversees efforts to identify, test, and launch new business opportunities with charter clients. She and her team also ensure new solutions are effectively transitioned more broadly into the SKYGEN USA organization. Ms. Spencer brings a wealth of experience in the health benefits industry to SKYGEN USA. Previously employed by Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and a leading national managed care company, she gained invaluable experience in the areas of system conversions and financial audits. With her knowledge of computer systems and finance, Ms. Spencer has proven to be a strong and versatile team leader. Ms. Spencer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business with majors in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. As a Certified Public Accountant, she also holds an MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. As Chief Technology Officer, Darrin Haehle leads the team responsible for driving product and technology excellence and ensuring the Enterprise System and related web-based solutions are best-in-class for the dental, vision, and medical lines of business across the commercial and government markets. Mr. Haehle also oversees the company’s technology roadmap, development priorities, and software product development functions. Mr. Haehle brings more than 15 years of managed healthcare experience and over 25 years of systems design experience to his role, including designing and developing custom software applications and web-based benefit management software systems. Prior to his previous role with SKYGEN USA’s Enterprise technology, Mr. Haehle held key positions with progressive responsibilities at Doral Dental, including Director of Application Development and CIO. While at Doral, he oversaw all aspects of the company’s software application to support daily operations, supervised and supported all technology-related personnel and activities, and provided on-site support and service for clients.
