There were a few places that we were looking in the vicinity and Linda's experience and expertise were apparent immediately. When we contacted her she was extremely responsive where we had experiences with other realtors that took two and three days to illicit a response to any sort of question. Some of them won't even speak to you until the know you've been pre-approved. Linda was patient and kind and very helpful during the process. When we were ready to make the move she set up viewing times and kept us on schedule. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the areas of town and was quick to point out both the advantages and disadvantages of each, making it easier for us to decide what was the best situation for us. I have recommended Linda to all my friends and family, which she is currently helping my parents find a place to stay while they are down for the winter. She has also been very good during the negotiations. If I had met Linda earlier in my research for a home, I would have saved weeks and weeks... Very professional and supportive of her clients.
