Since 2001, SCF Processing Ltd. has being providing customers with materials processing support in manufacturing, equipment manufacture and R&D.We have assisted with the processing of “green” polymers, ceramics and the development of medical devices. Our “SuperCritical Fluid” technology helps us to process a broad range of materials by using impregnation or extraction techniques. We also have pioneered flui-assisted extrusion and injection moulding techniques. Founded by Dr. Siobhan Matthews, SCF Processing is an Irish based company with branches in both Co. Louth, Ireland and Florida, USA, specialising in materials processing and custom manufacturing. Our Mission With over 14 years of experience in materials processing we aim to provide high standard processing solutions for guaranteed customer satisfaction and lead the way forward in the expansion of the supercritical fluids industry. We offer a wide range of resources for R&D and manufacturing novel materials as well as designing and building equipment. We also provide extensive training courses supercritical fluid technologies. We are looking for highly motivated, energetic individuals to join our ever expanding team in our Drogheda branch.
