Dr. Deltor received his training in internal medicine at Nassau University Medical Center, East Meadows, NY. Prior to that he attended The State University Hospital Medical School in Port-Au-Prince, Haïti, where he pursued a residency in urology. Dr. Deltor practiced medicine in Haiti prior to moving to the U.S. His work in Haiti included being the Regional Coordinator of the Immunization Campaign, Director of Les Anglais Community Hospital, Coordinator of Sexually Transmitted Diseases Program between the Haïtian military population and Cornell Geskio LAB, and running a private practice in general medicine and urology. Dr. Deltor completed a second residency in internal medicine in New York before launching his own private medical practice, SCAPS Medical, in Florida. Today, Dr. Deltor is affiliated with some of the area’s top hospitals, such as: St. Mary’s Medical Center, JFK Medical Center, Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, Jupiter Medical Center and Good Samaritan Medical Center. – Ms. Vargas graduated with High Honors from South University with a Master of Science in Nursing,specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to that she graduated from Florida Atlantic University Summa Cum Laude with a BS innursing, where she also made the Dean’s List. Ms. Vargas spent nine years working as a registered nurse in the ICU/Step-down at St. Mary’s Medical Center. She has also worked as a sub-investigator, performing many clinical trials for Triple O Research Institute, P.A. Today she is happy to be a part of SCAPS Medical, where she enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them achieve the best health possible.
