Hello, Welcome to Satya Sun Bodyworks, I’m Vicki! I created this sacred and empowering space to offer healing, mindfulness tools, inspiration, awareness and encouragement on your journey. After decades of my own personal journey of healing and seeking spirituality, I believe powerful keys to healing are direct Awareness and courage to face the core truths revealed in authentic connection with the Self. Hence my business name: “Satya” is a sanskrit word which means “truthfulness”, and is one of the guiding principles in Yoga. The sun for me has always represented warmth, strength, safety, nourishment, vitality, growth, joy, hope and power, and so these are the qualities I offer in my healing practice. I have been called to do work with both body and spirit. I work intuitively with the body to provide gentle adjustments to the core structures, which allows unwinding of restrictions, and therefore release of pain as well as increases in mobility, ease, circulation, flow, resiliency, energy reserves, focus, clarity and feelings of lightness, hope, power and self-love.
