Who we are Sarkisian & Associates, LLC was founded in 2006 by Charles (Chuck) Sarkisian, following two decades of senior consulting and managerial experience with Towers Perrin, a global human resource consulting firm, as well as decades of work with other major organizations, insurance firms and the Federal Government. Our consulting teams are drawn from a network of seasoned consulting resources who bring value-driven results to clients in managing their health and welfare business needs. We work with select clients who share our vision and values and engage us as part of their teams.
