Sarasota Crew, Inc., nestled in Osprey, Florida since its inception in 2002, is more than just a rowing club-it's a community hub fostering excellence and camaraderie among young athletes. Founded by forward-thinking parents and coaches, this organization aims to shape lives through dedicated sportsmanship and active community participation. From its home base at Bay Point, the club has blossomed into one of the nation’s largest youth rowing programs. With an impressive roster, Sarasota Crew boasts an extensive high school program featuring over 183 members, coupled with a vibrant elementary and middle school division engaging more than 132 young rowers. Their summer camps are equally popular, drawing in over 250 participants annually. Beyond winning races, the club emphasizes holistic development across social, physical, and emotional fronts.
