His focus is on distressed residential property acquisition, project management, strategic planning, and funding partners’ relations. Other team members are involved in administration, networking, legal aspects, project supervision and cash flow management. Milan has more that ten years experience in real estate investing, numerous remodeling projects, construction of luxury homes and other real property investments and developments.  Sarasota Capital Partners is a continuation of investment activities established in Vail Colorado, Milan’s previous residence prior to relocation to Sarasota, Florida. In 2000, Milan was invited by a US development firm to become a leader of an international project management team working on the development of the five star Hotel Project in Prague, Czech Republic for the US hotel operator Ritz-Carlton. Several buildings from the 15th to 18th century listed on the UNESCO Registry of National Monuments in historical downtown Prague had been unified and converted into a luxury five star hotel. Recently Milan received his Florida real estate licence in order to have a better control of company's real estate activities.
