Chris Brantley Contracting Inc. was established in 2005 after having served in many industry related fields for over 8 years. My range of experience has given me the knowledge to successfully provide the design, planning and onsite management that is vital to each project. Carefully overseeing each step of the construction process requires knowledge of each of these skills. Beginning with the foundation, concrete, plumbing, electrical, masonry and framing, to the roofing, drywall, painting and flooring, each step requires detailed planning and oversight to accomplish a timely and efficient build. We provide entry level 3-D designing for the purpose of establishing clear desires, needs and goals for the project. This allows us to hear and see exactly what the client is looking for in a building project, as well as helping the client to more accurately visualize our interpretation of their desires. Having established clear goals for the project, we can then move forward in joining those goals with an accurate project budget. The design service is available for each client, no matter the size of the project, however, some may choose to begin the process with a certified Architect. We work closely with the Architect to insure that both the needs of the construction process and the desires of the client are being met. With over 12 years of experience in the industry, I have learned that the most important first step in the process of any project is listening to the client. Understanding the clients needs and desires are key to a successful project, whether it is a large commercial project or a simple residential remodel. We meet those needs through personal, one-on-one service. From the beginning stages of design and layout through the onsite stages of construction, then to the end stages of interior design and final setup. We are there with you through each of these vital stages offering the unlimited accessibility to our staff that is necessary to make your experience not only worry-free but also enjoyable. Whether you are building a new warehouse to expand your business or adding new living space to your existing home, it is our goal for you to enjoy the process as much as we know you will enjoy the final product.
