Joyce studied Tourism in Holland and is a veteran with over 25 years of experience in the Israel travel industry. Joyce lived in Israel for 17 years and worked in some of Israel’s top hotels. She was Director of Sales & Marketing for another US based Israel tour operator for 5 years before joining IsraelExperts in Israel in 2005. As a tour operator in the Israel office Joyce handled Federation missions, delegations, VIP groups, as well as private car tours, congregational trips and church groups. Besides her knowledge of the Israel market, she also has extensive knowledge of faith-based & Heritage travel throughout the world. joined Sarai Tours in 2010. Ruby studied Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts and has been working in Israeli tourism for more than 25 years. She first worked in Tel Aviv and now works in the Miami office specializing in operations for individual travelers and groups. While working in Tel Aviv Ruby was awarded “Distinguished Tourism Employee” from the Israeli Ministry of Tourism. Besides her Israel experience, Ruby also is well-versed in the cruise industry.
