SANTA'S CHRISTMAS TREE FOREST, INC., is a family-owned business operation located in Eustis, Florida, with roots tracing back to its founding by Jack and Judy Ewing in 1980. Following retirement from their respective professions as a decorated Air Force pilot and a registered nurse, they transformed their 33-acre property into what today is known as Santa's Christmas Tree Forest. The iconic red and white A-frame building became a central feature of the farm, filled with hand-crafted ornaments and gifts by Judy Ewing. Complementing this unique setup, a variety of activities were established, including a petting zoo, hayrides, and seasonal community events that have drawn families to the venue over decades. In 2012, Jodi Utsman and her husband Tom took the lead in managing the enterprise, bringing to it their extensive teaching experience from Lake County Schools. They continue to uphold the business’s legacy of strong family values while broadening its seasonal offerings to enhance farm-life experiences year-round. With ongoing involvement from multiple generations including grandchildren T.J., Jordan, and Nick, Santa's Christmas Tree Forest remains a vibrant family affair. Officially incorporated on February 13, 1992, under the Florida Department of State, the company continues to thrive as a family venture.
