His straightforward approach to facilitating, training, and coaching help individuals, teams, and entire organizations become healthier, stronger, and realize their full and genuine potential. Carlos obtained a Master in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Liberty University, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico. He holds a license as a Professional Engineer and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. At Sandtable Consulting, we are committed to serving our clients as trusted advisors and establishing long-lasting partnerships that help organizations hone, develop and refine their leadership and management capabilities.
