There was great applause for all the winners beginning with Sanderson customer MJ Baker, winning the Foodservice Operator of the Year award. Next to receive an award were more Sanderson customers including Savage & Whitten who won the award for Retail Operator of the Year and Dee Bee being Highly Commended in the same category. Also celebrating on the night was Billy Kewley from speciality foods wholesaler Agrimark Cash & Carry, who received the Outstanding Contribution to Wholesale award. .
