Sancap Motor Club, Inc. (SCMC) is a non-profit organization founded in the summer of 2014 by local residents and businessmen Scot Congress and Mike Stone on Sanibel Island, Florida. The club aims to cultivate a shared passion for antique, classic, hot rod, and muscle cars as well as other automobiles and bikes, all with an "Island Style" flair. SCMC’s mission is to establish a community-centric hub in Southwest Florida where car enthusiasts can connect, share stories, and foster lifelong friendships. The organization is registered as a federally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit entity. With monthly gatherings held on the first Saturday of each month during the season, SCMC provides members with opportunities for interaction and showcasing their collections through two official annual car shows—one larger show in March and a smaller one in November. Furthermore, the club aims to enhance member experience by compiling a 'preferred vendor' service list that includes reliable resources such as mechanics, storage solutions, fuel providers, auto body shops, and sales outlets. Upon submission and payment, new members are added to SCMC's email list and receive comprehensive club-related information.
