Sergio has been instrumental in helping develop and build our Wholesale business in Australia and also delivering the required training to my staff and retail customers to ensure our continued success in delivering a high standard of customer service. Sergio's passion for customer service is very infectious, and many of our Australian retailers have commentated on the high level of skill and professionalism he brings to all his presentations when he has visited our market. Sergio has been able to share his knowledge of the Global Market in our field of Mobile Electronics and Connectivity to help develop new business and bring on line new products that suite our distribution channels. The strength of our business partnership made Sergio our first contact when looking at new opportunities in our market. Celsus were lucky enough to have connected with Sergio back in 2009 and as his former UK distributor we worked together to develop business in our market. During this process Sergio visited us devising and presenting various training sessions for our staff and retailer network. The enthusiasm, knowledge and passion that Sergio brought to our business and customers is without rival - we still use tools he taught us to this day. Our business is all about customer service and relationships, we pride ourselves on always being able to add value for our customers. This is an ethos that we can only deliver with the support of professional supplier partners who understand our company positioning and push us to continually improve - Sergio is among a small list that we will always thank for helping make Celsus the business it is today. I have personally learnt a lot from Sergio’s customer orientated approach to selling and retail and for that I’ll always be grateful.
