I'm the founder of Salute Consulting and big picture dreamer! My vision for this business is to combine my education, professional experiences and life passion into a company that can work successfully with small, medium and large scale organizations, community/school groups, or one individual client. I pride myself on being extremely driven and organized in the areas of project management, strategic planning, community engagement and running this business with high standards of transparency, employee satisfaction and sustainability. I am currently undergoing the process to become a certified My true passion is to help others create a plan for their communities, organizations and personal lives that will ultimately lead to optimal health and success. I am an active member of our Thunder Bay community sitting on various committees. I am a member of a community-wide mental wellness at work advisory group through the Thunder Bay District Health Unit aiming to reduce stigma of mental health in the workplace and to also raise awareness and increase education about community supports and resources as well as a member of Thunder Bay SHIFT, a network for young professionals, Thunder Bay Business Women’s Network and the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce. Alison comes to Salute Consulting with experience and knowledge from the disability, mental health, addiction and youth justice sectors. She has a passion for coaching and supporting individuals and agencies on both a macro and micro scale using her change management skills to help ensure the process is successful. Client- centered and client-led. The people we work with are the experts. We provide evidence-based support to help carry out your program, strategy or initiative. Through a wide variety of services such as strategic planning, facilitation & process development we are able to identify gaps and implement need adjustments to ensure success and sustainability.
