"I felt fortunate to have found HAL and Tracy Acheson. HAL and Tracy both helped me find the right place/Condo for the great price!!! ( A Dream Vacation Condo). I walked into their office, was just going to get a Studio but ended up getting a 1 bedroom with 2 balconies for a Studio price! They both worked on my crazy schedule and took extra time out of their office hours so I can see available Condos for sale and work on my closing. I closed in two weeks!!! Unbelievable!!! HAL is remarkable and worked hard to find the best deal for me!This is my 5th time to buy a property and never ever closed this fast! HAL took care of issues and questions promptly and aggressively. I considered him a remarkable Topnotch Realtor!!! Definitely going to recommend to anybody for sure. Lovely, Tracy is always there to follow up and ask me if I have any problems or questions even if after I already bought the Condo. I’m very pleased. I would rate them 5/5 for a review. In addition, this is one of the best Condo I've ever seen, a Dream Vacation Condo for me, for sure. Fantastic COA management and friendly neighborhood. Great place to invest!
