About Salto Entertainment Salto Entertainment was founded by Ivan España, a fifth generation heir to an incredible variety of circus history and talent. Ivan began performing as a young child and by his teens was an accomplished star on the family's trapeze act named "The Flying Españas." The Flying Españas gained global recognition by presenting an elegant and modern interpretation of the traditional flying trapeze act which has influenced and inspired trapeze artist ever since. Through his innovation and showmanship, Ivan has been privileged to perform at The Sydney Opera House in Australia, Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen, Kiss in Concert, NBC's "Death-Defying Thrills", Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus and played a prominent role in the Lear Levin-Walt Disney Pictures video production "Circus". These performances have led to international prizes such as the prestigious Silver Clown at the International Circus Festival in Monte Carlo in 1990 and the Action Maverick Award in New York City in 2007. Challenged and inspired to continue influencing the circus, Ivan, together with his brother, Noe, brought to life one of the most spectacular productions, CIRQUESA-DreamQuest. CIRQUESA quickly became the Trip Advisor #1 Attraction in Virginia Beach in 2013. Thriving by the challenge to create the impossible, Ivan has continued to create a variety of new acts and productions, including Cirque Holidays, Moto Psycho Circus and more. Salto Entertainment is dedicated to providing quality talent and productions, as well as, specialty tent rentals. Our principal artists have traveled all over the world from The Sydney Opera House in Australia to The Theatres in Niagara Falls to our own backyard in Venice, FL.
