In its brief history, PEC had quickly grown its acquisition base by taking advantage of Judsons REO sources, his unmatched expertise in the field, and an incisive strategy for minimizing turnaround time. His exceptional due diligence and insightful analysis of the current real estate market has led him to close hundreds of transactions in FL, TX, GA, AZ, LA, TN, and CA making PEC the largest buyer in the Gulf Coast area in 2011 and it continues to grow at a steady pace.
