All of our clients will receive member access to our secure website and once logged in will have the ability to view an electronic calendar for their loved one. The calendar will allow you to see upcoming and completed dates of care as well as the caregiver scheduled for that shift, hours worked, physician appointments and social events/holidays. You may click on any of the dates, where service has been provided and/or an appointment is scheduled, to see the information/notes pertaining to that date. If you are using our video streaming service you will also be able to go back to a date and watch the video for that day’s care. With our user-friendly web-site, you will have access to an innovative electronic calendar that will display a monthly view of the care that is scheduled for that month for each of your patients whom we are caring for. Each day on the calendar will provide the caregiver’s name and the hours scheduled for each shift, and will list any scheduled physician appointments. Once a visit has occurred there will be a link to the visit note on that patient’s calendar within 24 hours, which can be viewed or printed immediately. We can provide an administrator login if you have one person that will need to access this information or we can provide additional logins to individuals on your staff. A simple click and all the information you need is at your fingertips.
We can also fax/email the notes to you on a weekly basis if that is your preference. The calendar will also allow you to view an active listing of your patients we are caring for as well as a complete history of patients we had cared for in the past.
