S.L.B. Therapy, Inc. was founded by Urania Caldera, a speech language pathologist and board certified behavior assistant, to fill a need in the community for more individualized speech and language therapy for children with delayed speech development. With over 15 years of experience working with special needs children, Mrs. Caldera uses Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods to modify behaviors, increase language development, and help kids reach speech and language milestones. She believes that by creating a positive learning environment and keeping the kids motivated, they will take pride in their accomplishments and work harder to achieve their goals. As owner and director of clinical services at S.L.B. Therapy, Inc., she strongly advocates for a team approach where teachers, therapists and parents come together so that each child can develop to their fullest capacity. S.L.B. Therapy provides speech & language therapy for children with communication challenges. Our mission is to address a strong need for individualized therapy to help children feel successful and achieve their goals. We believe that by incorporating speech, language, occupational, physical and behavior techniques, children are well on their way to reaching their true potential.
