In addition, as of 1 November 2009, the shareholder shall notify the Company, in the disclosure letter, of the number of existing shares it is entitled to acquire by virtue of agreements or financial instruments referred to in point b) of the third paragraph of article L. 233-7 of the French Commercial Code as well as the number of existing shares covered by any agreement or financial instrument referred to in point c) of the third paragraph of this article.
