S.A. Casey Construction Company was founded in Orlando, Florida in February 2006 by Shawn A. Casey. After working eighteen years in the building industry throughout Central Florida, Shawn decided to establish a firm specializing in interior improvements and commercial renovations. The organization set its initial goals to become a leader in the specialized interiors and renovations markets and has since established a reputation as an, honest, go-to firm for new ground up construction, commercial interiors, restaurants and renovation work within Florida. S.A.C.C. currently maintains corporate headquarters and their shop near Downtown Orlando, and successfully manages projects throughout the State of Florida. The firm has focused mainly on interior commercial markets described above, averaging over $7,500,000 annually in volume since 2009. Management practices at S.A. Casey have continued to evolve and the firm now offers Construction Management capabilities and Design Build programs to complement the existing, and more traditional General Contracting. S.A.C.C. also has an in-house paint subsidiary and self performance capabilities for carpentry, framing and drywall, providing not only additional revenue, but the ability to better control cost and schedule for our customers.
