About RYFITNESS Born in Stamford, Connecticut, raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Ryan Henry has always had a passion for fitness. His dream as a child was to play in the NBA or train athletes to become professionals and help injured athletes rehabilitate to elite levels. Throughout high school and college, Ryan played basketball where he earned many awards for his outstanding performance. As a graduate of the University of West Florida, Ryan majored in Exercise Science. It was through this degree and his passion for sports and fitness that he opened his own fitness business, “RYFITNESS” and began to carve out a career as a Personal Trainer. His first clients were his mother and her friends. The motivation he gained from their improvement physically, mentally and emotionally, as well as their continued dedication to a healthier lifestyle, inspired Ryan to push harder to share his passion with the world.
