As Vice President of Technical Operations and Development, Wanless oversees technical operations and system development. Previously, Wanless served as Senior Business Analyst for ABB Optical where he played a key role in growing the company into the largest optical distributor in the US. Tim oversees RxStrategies’ operations and account management functions offering more than 20 years of experience as a senior operations and finance executive in rapid growth organizations. Vroman joined RxStrategies in January 2012 with 10 years of pharmacy benefit management experience and works closely with RxStrategies’ senior leadership team to design and deliver innovative 340B solutions to the market and its clients. Prior to joining RxStrategies, Vroman was instrumental in the development of the products, infrastructure and overall business for Cypress Care, while serving as CFO/COO and later President for Cypress Care–one of the nation’s leading workers compensation PBM firms. Vroman also served as Executive Vice President for Healthcare Solutions Inc. providing oversight for multiple product service lines. Vroman previously provided senior finance and operations leadership for Coopers & Lybrand and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Skip Devanny, Chief Revenue Officer, oversees RxStrategies sales and marketing including the delivery of customized 340B pharmacy administration and split billing solutions to the growing . Devanny joined RxStrategies in 2015 with an extensive background in 340B leadership, split billing and contract pharmacy market facing roles. He works closely with RxStrategies’ senior leadership team to design and deliver innovative 340B solutions to the market and its clients. Devanny holds an Masters in Business Administration from Washington University and Bachelors Degree from Trinity University. As Managing Director at H.I.G. Growth Partners, John focuses primarily on Internet, media and technology investments. Previously, John was a co-founder, interim CEO and board director of Cooligy, a semiconductor cooling manufacturer started by three Stanford professors, backed by top-tier venture capital firms and acquired by Emerson Electric (NYSE:EMR). He also was the COO of a 100+ person eCommerce portal, General Manager of a semiconductor equipment manufacturer and Business Development Director at a product development software company. He began his career at Booz, Allen & Hamilton where he consulted on operations strategy to Fortune 500 companies. John received an M.S. and B.S. with Phi Beta Kappa honors in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. degree with distinction from Harvard Business School. Mr. Lovett has served as founder, Chairman and CEO of two highly successful growth companies: TowerCom Development, LP, a developer of wireless communications infrastructure; and TowerCom, Limited, an owner and developer of broadcast communication towers. TowerCom Development, LP and TowerCom, Limited each have generated over 90% compounded annual rates of return for their investors.
